Timber | Laminate

1. The original floor covering is removed and the insulation for the new floor laid. The boards are resin coated in this case as the floor finish will be engineered oak.

3. The foil heat mat can now be fitted.

4. The foil heat mat is now covered with a vapour barrier to protect the engineered timber floor. This also helps to reduce noise when walking on the finshed floor.
